It had very central location close to an unified national museum. Further, it was near the best Georgian restaurants in Tbilisi and central Tbilisi.

Every member of staff was excellent, cooperating, and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located next to shops, the historic center of Tbilisi, and the city center. - Everything around the residence was great.

Well-designed and modern room with microwave and 2 single beds and a washing machine, the staff was amicable, whenever I needed help. It was in a very central location, ready to help in everything. Old Tbilisi district was worth staying in.

Conveniently situated close to Freedom Square, making it easy to get around. Plus, it's just a 12-mile drive from the airport! 🚗

The room had a cozy feel with comfortable bedding and a pillow menu, making it perfect for a nature lover like me. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to cook my own meals and enjoy the natural surroundings. I appreciated the laptop-friendly workspace, as it allowed me to stay connected while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Personally, I found the double-level accommodation with stairs a bit inconvenient, but others might enjoy the unique layout.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. Lili took care of every detail, from arranging a free parking space upon our arrival to organizing an ironing service for our attire. The central location near Liberty Square, along with the beautifully furnished and quiet courtyard-facing lofts, made our stay even more memorable. The small kitchen and washing machine in the room were convenient additions. the accommodations offered great value for money.

Greatly enjoyed a seating area, a writing table, and iron/ironing board in the room. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Freedom Square. Accommodating and super-friendly staff who were always there to help.

The room was fairly quiet, had exceptionally comfortable and included a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. Enjoyed the beautiful decor! The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the area. Courteous staff, as it had to be.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Many Restaurants, shops and transport, and the historic center of Tiflis. I had coffee at People's Cafe & Restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk.

The Paskunji Residence truly surpassed all my expectations. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's decoration to be sophisticated yet inviting, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was evident that the place was created with a lot of passion. The general areas were well-maintained, and with their trendy design, they provided a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the vibrant Tbilisi City Centre made it easily accessible for me to explore the city's sights and attractions.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is a clearer and more apparent entrance to the hotel. As a historical building, it would attract even more attention if the entrance were revamped to be more obvious and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the action. It was extremely convenient for us to explore the city on foot and find great restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was quite spacious and had everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. The staff were very accommodating and provided great service, even offering suggestions on where to go and what to see. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made keeping in touch with family and friends easy.

While the hotel offers many amenities, we found that the noise level outside our room could be disruptive at times. However, this only happened on a few occasions and it did not ruin our overall experience.

Paskunji Residence is a fantastic hotel for families with an incredibly friendly staff. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. In just a short 5-minute walk, you can reach a rooftop bar with delicious drinks. We stayed in the family queen suite, which was equipped with central heating, a safe, and a dining area. This hotel truly deserves its excellent 4-star rating.

The peaceful atmosphere here and its excellent location near central areas and top-notch Georgian restaurants made for a wonderful stay.
